estrategias urbanas is an architectural and urban-planning company which has been born with the spirit to change the PUBLIC URBAN SPACE, innovating the configuration of the city, optimizing its elements and taking utmost advantage of its resources .
The facade vertical plane is arranged as an alternative to the elements of urban scenery, reconfiguring and liberating horizontal plane.
The first strategy,Eje Z, attempts to supply existing facades with a NEW VALUE, REGENERATING the city, starting with ill-used spaces, and RECYCLE, since urban compositions are movable.

She is in charge of Marketing and Sales.
She has professional experience at national and international levels, occupying positions of occupying different managerial positions. She is an expert in financial bidirectional analysis.
She is engaged in commercial management and negotiation at personal and institutional levels.
ANA CASTRO
She is an architect, specialized in Urban Planning.
She is co-responsible for the Technical and Project-developing area.
She deals with urban planning management for individual customers, in their issues with governmental paperwork.
She is involved in the drafting of building projects and singular buildings, and specialized in the management of commercial facilities and license processing.
PALOMA ESCORIAL
She is an architect, specialized in the Construction sector. She has been trained in bioclimatic and sustainable architectural technologies.
She is co-responsible for the Technical and Project-developing area.
She has a wide experience in the integral management of houses and singular buildings, being an expert in the management of commercial facilities and license processing; she is also specialized in technical and forensic reports.
